Absolutely appalled by the discomfort. The carpet was nasty and sticky, like they woudl ve been better off not using any at all. Then when plugging in my phone near the heater, it sparked! I expected a room upgrade but instead got electric hazards and filthy surroundings. Gosh, I just couldn't believe it.

The room cleanliness is downright unacceptable!!! Germ-ridden carpets, lingering odors that a truckload of air fresheners can't cover, and seriously outdated furniture that screams neglect!!! Management would do well to actually listen to guests' feedback!!!

The nearby dining options were a highlight . The front desk staff displayed considerate service, which eased the check-in process for a tired traveler like me. I also found the air conditioning effective, providing comfort during the nighttime heat in Tennessee.

Unfortunately, the room was not worth its price, feeling more like a $40 room rather than $75.
